What information is needed for a valve quotation?
Please provide valve type, size, pressure class, body and trim material, connection, media, operating temperature, quantity, applicable standard, destination and required documents.
Can you support OEM or customized requirements?
Material, connection, actuation, marking and packaging options can be reviewed against your specification, drawing, quantity and applicable standards.
How do you confirm product quality before shipment?
The agreed scope may include specification review, material and dimensional checks, pressure or functional testing, visual inspection, marking, packing and document review.
Which industries do you support?
The current product scope is intended for industrial applications such as oil and gas, water and desalination, chemical processing, power and manufacturing. Actual suitability must be confirmed for each service.
Can you provide certificates and inspection documents?
Document availability depends on the valve type, material, order scope and agreed requirements. State the required documents in the RFQ.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on configuration, material, quantity, testing, documentation and production schedule. A delivery estimate can be given after the technical and commercial scope is confirmed.
Can you arrange export packaging?
Packing can be reviewed according to valve size, shipment method, destination and buyer requirements.
Can I send a drawing or datasheet?
Yes. Drawings and datasheets are the preferred way to communicate project-specific dimensions, materials, interfaces and acceptance criteria.
